Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Simple oven-roasted brussel sprouts recipe. I could stop eating them last night!

Oven-roasted Brussel Sprouts with Thyme:

  • 1 lb. brussel sprouts
  • 3 T. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme plus extra pinch
  • pinch ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 375*. Melt butter and stir in thyme, ginger, salt, and pepper. Toss with brussel sprouts. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 35 minutes or until browned.

Yum.

  1. Roasted brussels sprouts and butter are the BEST combination. Well really, anything with butter is fabulous. 🙂 I’ve actually eaten butter straight off a knife – are you grossed out yet?
